Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Cubi mobile application (Package Name: com.sergeytropin.cubi) (the "Application") operated by Sergei Tropin ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access or use the Application.
The Application is provided to you free of charge. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible mobile device.
The Application is completely free to play. It does not contain any in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or third-party advertisements.
The Application, including its original content, game logic, artwork, design, source code, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Sergei Tropin. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor distribute or commercialize any part of it without explicit prior written consent.
The Application integrates Google Play Games Services to allow leaderboard score submission and achievement tracking. Your use of Google Play Games Services is governed by Google's terms and conditions and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Application will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Sergei Tropin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of game data, device malfunction, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Application.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publishing the updated Terms on this page.
