Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Sergei Tropin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the mobile application Gears Logic Puzzles (the "App").

The App is an abstract, single-player logical puzzle game suitable for all age groups (rated PEGI 3 / ESRB Everyone). It contains no violence, explicit content, or text.

1. Information We Collect and How It Is Used

A. User-Generated Content & Attribution

If you choose to use the level editor and publicly publish a custom level to our global database, we store the level layout data along with your public Google Play Games nickname in Firebase (Google Cloud). This nickname is displayed solely as author attribution for the published level to allow other players to identify level creators.

If you do not publish custom levels, no personal identification data or nicknames are transmitted to or stored on Firebase.

B. Firebase Services & Data Security

We use Google Firebase to host community-created levels and provide database support. Firebase automatically encrypts data in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols and manages secure data storage on Google Cloud infrastructure. The app developer does not apply additional custom client-side encryption.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising Networks

The App integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide online features, advertising, and ad mediation. These services operate under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Games Services: Used for player achievements, cloud progress, and profile identification. Google Privacy Policy

• Yandex Mobile Ads SDK & Mediation: Used to serve in-app advertisements and manage ad mediation networks. Yandex Ads may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and coarse location data to deliver relevant ads. Yandex Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob (Ad Network Mediation): Integrated via Yandex Ads mediation to serve advertisements from Google's ad network. AdMob may collect device identifiers, location data, and ad interaction metrics. Google AdMob Privacy Policy

3. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a user voluntarily publishes a custom level, only their public Google Play Games nickname is displayed as author attribution. No real names, emails, contacts, or location data are requested or collected from children.

4. Data Deletion and Modification Rights

Players have full control over their published levels and author attribution. If you wish to have your published level deleted from the community database or want your Google Play Games nickname removed/renamed from your level, please contact us at ewrld911@gmail.com. Upon request, we will promptly remove the level or anonymize/change the author nickname.
